According to a popular saying, “if you plan for a year, sow rice, if you plan a decade, plant trees, if you plan for a life time, educate people.”This sums up the entire idea of late Syed Zafar Husain Rizvi Director and Creator of Columbia Foundation School.
His extra ordinary traits of zeal, tenacity and vision provided a platform for many aspirants to shape their careers. He had all the qualities of magnificent human begin and exhibited a lot of affection towards family, large circle of friends, peers mentors and teachers.
It is not easy to say he was here yesterday and today there is a vacuum as great souls remain eternal and alive with us throughout. It was his dream to make this school a centre of excellence and temple of learning where children can have the facility of availing modern education.
He was like a brightly lit candle who lit many more such candles along the way bringing hopes to future doctors, engineers, teachers, administrations and everyone who should step out to make his world a place better to live. He is not with us in hisphysical form but his warmth can be felt through his blessings.
